Rates, Terms & Conditions
We offer a wide range of services encompassing various levels of expertise at very competitive prices. It is our goal to increase your efficiency and to reduce the number of hours required to complete each project.
Rates are competitively priced within industry standards. Our rates are based on your needs and it varies from €5.00 to €15.00 per hour depending upon the required level of expertise and workload of the work to be done.
You only pay for the task / project related time!
This means you don’t pay for lunch, bathroom breaks or during the low season of your business. It is up to you to decide upon the payment method: hourly, retainer, our special package, project or budget based pricing. Please contact us about the scope of your project and we will provide you with a price that meets your needs
In case you just need a few hour of assistance an hourly rate would probably be your best option. One hour minimum does not apply to retainer customers.
Retainer discounts are available to customers who commit to a minimum number of 5 hours support per week. It requires an agreement based on a minimum service period of 3 months and are billed monthly in advance.
Retainer Packages discounts:
20 Hours/Month ~ 10% Discount
40 Hours/Month ~ 15% Discount
80 Hours/Month ~ 20% Discount
160 Hours/Month ~ 25% Discount
As a retainer client, we will consult with you every 3 months and review your account in detail so that we can offer you business tips customized to meet your needs…. at no additional charge.
Budget or Project Packages
Should you choose for customized project and/or budget pricing, we guarantee there are no hidden surprises when you work with us. You will know beforehand what your final bill will be and exactly what is included. No more guesswork about the time a project might take and what the total cost will be. Our proposals outline the bottom line and we stand behind our quotations.
For those that work with us in a long term arrangement, we establish a monthly fee based on the special package and the work that you require. We take into account all projects and provide you with a reasonable monthly amount so that you can budget for our services each month.
Terms and Conditions
We accept work within the Indonesian territory or abroad, as long as the output is in the English or Indonesian language and our payment terms are agreed on by the parties involved.
Written quotations or proposals will be provided for all consultations. If the client’s original requirements change, we reserve the right after suitable consultation to amend the original quotation.
A signed acceptance of the estimate, payment terms and details of the scope of work is required before commencement of the project, first hourly or monthly assignment.
Work can be received either by: Cloud software, email attachments, post, fax, hard-copy, CDs or DVDs. A local collection service is available upon request.
Final proofreading remains the responsibility of the client, however any mistakes will be rectified free of charge if returned within 48 hours.
We scan all incoming emails, files and discs for viruses and other malware. However, we will not open any unsolicited emails with attachments or emails without messages to the attachments. Please inform us if you wish to send an email with attachment, and what the attachment is. Back-up copies of client files are kept for a period of one year only. After this period of time, these files will be removed.
PCS is not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by us. Clients are solely responsible for its appropriate use, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements.
PCS is not responsible for the content of any document supplied to them.
PCS will not be responsible for any plagiarized material supplied by a client and reserves the right to return the work should PCSVA becomes aware of such inappropriate material.
PCS retains the right to reject work for any client that involves material PCS finds to be illegal, immoral or objectionable.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% is required on all project plan assignments in advance of work commencing, with the balance being due and payable on receipt of the completed work.
Payment can be paid in IDR, US Dollars or Euros and can be made by credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, American Express) online through PayPal, Western Union, iDEAL or by direct bank transfers.
Unless agreed on otherwise, payments made by credit cards online through PayPal, can be charged with an additional 4% commission fee.
Clients will be charged to the nearest 30 minutes and there is a minimum fee of 1 hour work charged on all assignments unless agreed on otherwise.
We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to any work requiring urgent deadlines of 24 hours.
We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to evening, weekend or Indonesia statutory holiday working when specifically requested by the client.
Any unused retainer hours are not refundable. We will be happy to provide additional services to cover the amount unused.
All assignments and client contact details are treated in the strictest confidence and are only retained for as long as necessary.
Reimbursable expenses (i.e. postage and client specific supplies) will be itemized.
Rush or emergency jobs are subject to an additional charge.
Charges for printing costs through an outside printer are reimbursed in advance.
Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects.
